I just bought this, and thought that it would be a great domain for a South Park fan forum.

While I don't have any indication of traffic, this domain was home to two separate websites in 2006 and 2008, and it does have a lot of link backs.

I am curious whether or not there would be trademark issues, it seems that since it's only a fan forum it should be alright.

I think the authors of southpark encourage their episodes to be pirated. I doubt they'd mind a fan forum. Why don't you contact them and exchange idea's ?
