I see. For the longest time I was under the impression that all dictionary word domains had at least some value and the tense didn't really matter. I think it depends on context too. For example decentralized would be worth more than decentralize.

To answer your point #2 I think remitted.net would be a good domain for a crypto block explorer since those are mostly used to view transactions that already happened, and were thus remitted past tense. Blockchains are also referred to as networks, which fits with the extension.

I randomly put eatpizzaok.com and that open for reg and value at over 1k at gd appraisal ,godaddy appraisals start meaning something over 1700

I would pay 0 attention to the GoDaddy estimates. They seem to value even the worst of domains at $1000 - Estibot is a little better but again it's just a tool and shouldn't be taken as gospel
