It's tough to evaluate a name like that in this forum, because many people do not know the market valuation for direct keyword GTLDs

With that said, I believe this name would be more valuable as a build out at the given moment; network aggregation for refinancing companies, could be worth a pretty penny if you have a good SEO who can establish some credibility in the name. Refinancing car loans for example equates to about $10 - $100, just depends on who you partner with ...

As a general rule directories are probably dead. I do think that a quality directory would be of value. If I were interested in scholarships, it would be nice to look at one directory to find them!
