RE.COM own by a massive company.
The traffic potential is quite good
Big companies are investing in cm.
example me.cm is owned by a massive company.

Before I start approaching end users just want to ask experienced domainers how much to value this as?

Many thanks

Nice 2L domain, but
- there are lots of free 2L .cm domains
- and i dont think .cm are for anything else but typosquatting so...
regfee.
IMHO ;)

The positives are that it is short, has two related acronyms.

Real Estate and Construction Management
Real Estate Capital Management

Maybe RECM.com would want it, although I wouldn't hold your breath.

Negatives include the fact that there are still 2L .cm domains available and the relatively high cost of registration.

Agree with dax on this one, reg fee value at the moment.

Big companies are investing in cm.
Which ones ?
The same that invest in .so ?

Probably the value of this domain will lie more in the traffic than the name itself :imho:

Well apple. that's pretty Big
Pomegranate that's pretty big.

You still sour about .so Give me a Break buddy! I made over x,xxx profit sold almost all my .so domains.

Biggest sellers were
diamonds.so
cinema.so
blackjack.so all sold to a domain company.

so shut up about those already. :))

I only have a few hand reg's left. I even sold some .so to some Somalians based here in the UK and even 1 to South Korean for his personal Blog.

That proves to show you that good keywords always sell. I didn't buy .so to sell to domainers like you. We get it already your opinion is clear are we still talking about it?

As for RE.CM I fully agree with your point. But anyway I did contact the owners of re.com Got a reply within 12 hours to say someone with authority will get back this was Friday so see what happens. Also contacted two other companies. Before I buy a domain I usually have a list of end users to target, Just did not want to over price my BIN hence asking for advice. This is one domain I can definitely not make a loss on.
Quite alot of 2 char CM are available yes, I don't know how it will affect my ability to sell? if a buyer wants RE I am pretty sure they will buy it regardless of what else is available.

Thanks for your time guys.

What's big about large corporations doing defensive registrations in every extension ?

Then you need to explain to your 'buyers' how to change the whois to reflect their details.

huh? whois? is not in my name no more. loool
what are you on about buddy? Even if whois displays my name on some whois what do I care is sold.Unless you are asking for proof? why does it hurt that I sold them? :) as for .CM
to be honest I could care less how you define the reasons for apple registrations.

I am not Naive either I remember the CM auctions on Namejet they went bad. I believe and this is just my opinion if you stick to specific keywords you should be fine. Definitely not planing to stock pile .cm names.

But if there is an opportunity to make a profit even on a bz domain I will not hesitate. I have a domain in almost every extension. yes I am crazy..:)

Anyway thanks

Let you know how the call goes Running on Uk time.

No sale. Suits their Brand, they liked the domain but weary about CM especially dns Issues and the non global status. :))

Anyway thanks for your comments putting on bido to test the waters.
