I plan on developing this site however i would like to know appraisals on domain name alone without development.

Development is your only option,low search .Something like online color picker.If it were "PurpleMango" it would be better perhaps. but the way it is reg fee.

I think maybe it would've been better just as PurpleSite.com, although I think to the right buyer you could get up to $100.

i could see a person wanting this for fansite like The minnesota Vikings or something associated with this color. But no matter what you build it as odds are it wont be the topic a buyer wants it for, and as a name alone it value probally would be small mid-high xx. More i think about it i like it, research it more.
