I guess it always depends what you do with the domain. Given the fact that it's Adds and not Ads, a developed site about premium additions to bookmarking services or directories might make it worth more than regfee But that's common sense as developed sites are always worth more than "just a name"

Yes you should take it, but please don't post in an appraisal thread unless you are actually making an appraisal.

In anycase, the double dd kills the Op's name in my opinion, so I would take anything above reg fee.
