hmm, estibot is a fun game and also helpfull tool , but on this case he is way off,
use this tool Free Keyword Suggestion Tool From Wordtracker and u can see that for the term Port Hubs you have about 4 searches a day, whice is around 120 a month, that's not so good,
coz the searches for this term is very low the competition between the advertisers is big and the cpc max bid is $3 . this is why estibot gives such a high estimate for this domain
so with this low amount of searches the value of this domain Imo is reg fee at the moment
