I don't really "get" the name...is it playing poker and then you bet and win mp3's or ringtones or something? Hmmm, I don't think I'm on the right track.

Very hard to appraise as is though...sorry.

I think it's supposed to be Poker Fortunes....

Could be brandable as a how-to guide for online poker sites. Add affiliate links to popular poker rooms and voila, you could have a moneymaker on your hands.

Without development, though, low to mid $xx.

The email might be for an end-user, so, in that case, I would suggest you ask them to make an initial offer. Say you have plans for the domain but would sell for the right price -- see what that leads you.
