I don't think there are any TM issues here. phpBB is an open source forum available under GPL. 100s of websites with the name phpBB exist like phpBBhacks.com phpBBtemplates.com and even phpBBsupport.co.uk.

Providing free/paid service for an open source code project is very much allowed under GPL provided you dont claim that the product is yours

but who would provide the support?

I have a few people interested in providing paid template/hack installation and coding.

Well the OVT reflects searches, but people wouldn't search for the .com, would they? They'd just type it in...
