I would say high $xxx to low $xxxx since it has 'P' twice in it.

4L's are picking up steam lately in .com's, Im not too familiar with how the .net's are doing, but safe to say its a solid domain name.

Find the right person and I would say you can get 4 figures for this easy.

There are lot's of random 4 letter .nets available to hand reg, including domains with 2 p's.

If you can find an enduser who would want this domain you might get something for it, but you'll have to put in a lot of work trying to find one. One that is willing to pay for the .net when the .com is listed for sale on it's landing page.

4 random consanats in .net isn't worth much to a reseller. A medical type of company had a site built on it previously and it has a few backlinks, but no page rank. It's a reg fee +/- a couple bucks to a domainer interested in LLLL.net in my opinion.
