I own the trademark Payp for albania under the
Payment Procesor Services. I own the brand PAYP
for the Albania state.

You will see that it doesent exist . Please now search for the trademark PAYP in www.alpto.gov.al . you will see it is registred in a name af an law asociation. (me) So go on .

PAYPAL is the pre-eminent payment processor in the world.

They have a trademark in just about every country in the world as a payment processor.

You have registered PAYP.AL think you might make a payment processor which is simply the paypal name with a dot shoved in the middle which makes it simply confusing. You seem to think that it is only the four letters that you have to worry about, it is not.

You are squatting illegally and you are going to be pooch screwed so hard you won't know what hit you...but don't only take my word for it...just wait till Paypal/Ebay starts researching your name and reads this thread and then starts to come after you.

I'm going to close this...and I am going to close other such threads. It is quite obvious that these guys know what they are doing. It is also quite obvious that they don't give a rats arse about what laws they are breaking.

All it is going to do is get good members into trouble for saying the wrong thing.
