I personally DO NOT think that it would be entirely impossible to get close to the desired $300K mark considering some lucky sales I've seen on Sedo, Afternic and such. Take a look at the recent sales listed today on Sedo: profileparty.com for almost 2200 EUR, somethinelse.com typo for almost $1700.... :yell:
However, it will never happen on the wholesale basis - no domain reseller will pay that much for this collection. Sell one name at a time and spend a few decades trying to find enough determined and desperate individual customers - maybe then your dream will come true - but you might be too old to enjoy it Good luck!

Something about Chena´s collection

You are right saying that Mr. Chena´s collection is awesome.

He spent 300000 USD on Viajes.com which is an amazing domain, very valuable but lacks of the networking capabilities of a large collection.

With 300 domains is very easy to reach the first places on searchers like google, yahoo, msn...

Our domain collection is international, something which Mr. Chena´s is not

And also, it´s less expensive to renew 300 domains for 5 $ each than to pay the loan of 300000 dollars.

Although it´s true that it´s not easy to sell as a whole and of course it´s not easy to sell to a reseller. That´s why we are looking for an enterprise interested in sharing them with us, so we can use them for our law sites www.consultorialegal.es www.economiayempleo.com and iberoamericanos.com as we are lawyers in Spain.

Anyway, time will proof, or not, if we are right

Realistically, the bulk of--nearly ever domain I've seen in this list is pretty much trash. Unless you post stats on traffic, which you say they get a lot of, I think your collection is worth about $500. And even that is very highly priced, seeing that they're low in value and the buyer would shell out additional money to keep them renewed.
