my initial thoughts were wow, this is a great domain name.. i investigated further and most extensions have not been taken, but the monthly searches are high for the phrase, and the development potential is there.. but i just cant justify a high value. Its the .com thats the value..

Overall its a great site to develop.. .com maybe worth $70 undeveloped? its goto be worth more than reg thats all i feel. Great domain though.
