As a keyword it has a good $2.13 CPC and a global search of 1,830,000.
Hoped it also worked well with co.(company) tld.

The adjective here doesn't really sit alone very well and it's rare to hear "oranizational behaviour" being spoken as "organizational", if that's what you are getting at. But I see where you might take it.
