It's the kind of name that should be developed. As said above, it's a 3-worder and .org is not a commercial extension by nature. There is no corporate demand for that type of name I'm afraid. IMO you are looking at $$.
Moreover .com, .co.uk are taken and it's available in all other major extensions.
