Hi,
I have bought the domain nitrox.org and below are the few facts:
Q: Do you intent do develop it?
A:NO. I am looking to sell it to nitrox.com or any other buyer who is willing to give me a good deal.

Q:What do you thought of before buying the domain?
A:I actually thought that I could make a quick deal with nitrox.com or to sell it to other scuba related niche website owners as its a scuba related term.

Q:How much you expect?
A:Not sure thats why I am asking for appraisal

Any ideas regarding how to sell it are welcome.I am a newbie in domaining and therefore not sure of how to approach the buyers.Any help in this regards will be highly appreciated.

Well it is a trademarked name so you'll have to tread carefully, but if Nitrox is interested I'd imagine they might pay anywhere from low $xxx to high $xx for it. If they're not interested however; I'm not sure who would be. Good luck with it!

Yes, if they have a trademark and you are targeting them, their lawyers may write a "cease and desist" letter, file a UDRP to take your domain, or implement other legal proceedings against you.

Remember, companies pay to file trademarks specifically to protect their unique brand against unwarranted use by others. Suppose you yourself built a business called "Nitrox" and owned the .COM. You wouldn't want other people to hold Nitrox.org ransom, would you?

It's best to avoid targeting other people. Plenty of domain names are worth investing in based on their intrinsic value and future development possibilities -- without extorting money from established brands.
