We typically appraise names as domain names only, not as developed sites with SEO interests.

As a domain name I love it - $800 to $2,200 end userish.

With an income like that, and a very strong SEO factor and a domain to back it up id say EDIT: when I first made those numbers I thought you said 19k a month my bad. I would say low xx,xxx for the domain.
