If visited by GoogleBot MSN Bot and Alexa archeived is a good thing then all the domains I have got, are visited by Google bot, MSN bot, GIGA Bot, and don't know what bots. With archeive.org listed. Some in zeal and some in skaffe and some in DMOZ.

MSN bot crawls my site 3300 times in a month.

Now for your appraisals.

This name is not a good name from a reseller point of view. It my be brandable and developable but resellingit will not get you more then $X or $XX.

So sorry for that but My suggestion would be to develop it. And with traffic you can get some more amount on the domain.
