I have received an email with an offer for this domain but am not so sure of the seriousness. The email did not include any wording whatsoever, only the amount.

Surely this is not typical, especially when the offer is mid $xxxx?

One thing I've learned from reading up on domaining for the past 3 years. A domain is only worth what a person is willing to pay for it. However, I personally don't see what an end user/organization would need a domain entitled "mouseclick". So my first appraisal ever, would have to be reg fee. But please take this as a grain of salt since I'm a total noob learning the ropes. But also remember that its worth what a person will pay.
