Mortgage Subsidies has potential i guess, depends on if there are any (subsidies) at the time, could be $100 to $500, depending on amount of subsidies, or maybe in the thousands if a full blown government scheme was up and running.

This one is actually not so bad. One of the better ones I've seen on the appraisals forum since of been around, which isn't very long, mind. Still, whilst it would have been awesome say a year or two ago as the recession started out, it's still got good potential if things get worse, at the next recession, if some kind of scheme gets set up... but even without that:

I'd rate it as mid $xxx to an end user. If circumstances change much, you could be sitting on low $x,xxx. To a reseller or on Bido, it's probably worth mid $xx.

Appreciate the appraisals. I'm leaning towards a landing page focusing on homeowner type grants and looking for en enduser in that area. There are apparently a lot of existing government mortgage subsidies if your'e an ethnic woman,lesbian,albino,recent immigrant, from the deep south etc.

I would check the competition and possibly develop it with a minisite around 10-15 pages. The adsense CPC should be ok for terms like that. At the same time keep it up for sale on Afternic and Sedo.

I see a lot of Mortgage related domains selling on Sedo.com this year. You might want to pay the $10 for the Featured Category and add it there at Sedo. I would look to get around $400-750 for the domain in my opinion and potentially more if you are willing to wait several months or another year.
