I have an enquiry on miscellaneous[.]ca it is one word .. Yes I know it's long and useless along with .ca

Estibot has .com over 1M and .ca at 22k and I know not to follow this and only use as a tool but those seem quite high

This one is kind of tough. I don't see much tangible value. You don't want to leave money on the table but this isn't an ordinary name to receive an enquiry on unless they have some development plans thought out, imo.

I'd ask them to make an offer. If it's above 1k, take it. If it's mid xxx, talk them up.

If it's $xx - $xxx

I'd try to talk up the buyer and let them set the price, because there isn't much to do with this name. IMHO
