probably not worth the time spent on thinking up the name. You probably wont sell it unless you take the effort to contact all the cancer clinics in the midwest. To make quick flips, you need to come up with names that can be branded by companies that depend on internet traffics.

A cancer clinic does not need internet traffic for its business. Their website is not for ecommerce, they are just there to serve up contact info. It would make no difference to them if they use midwestoncologyclinic or mwoncology or midwest-oncology, so why would they pay for your domain.
