This is not a .COM or .ORG so I'm going to have to go with reg fee. For future reference, .BIZ is the scourge of the Internet. IMO.

Now if it was a net or com and finance was replaced with guy it would be priceless

I have to agree with ghris that the tld might not be that bad. On the other hand, no experience with selling .biz

.Biz is not a good tld for about 99.9% of domains. Only the best of the best carry any value in .biz.
