What local business names are more valuable to register??

I have mesahotel dor net ; do you think that has any value ??

Mesa is a city in USA Arizona with 440000 peoples .

I used to live in Mesa....There is no Mesa hotel. They have a Motel 6 and they used to have other hotels but are closed. Unless some new development comes around, even with the name developed i dont see value. since again as far as hotels in mesa there are maybe 5 if that and they are all big ones like Hyatt etc

there are 37 hotels in mesa ; When I bought mesahotel dot net I wasn't thinking that I'll reselet to Mesa Hotel but I'll build a smoll site and I'll bring it to the first page of google for "mesa hotel" and "hotels in mesa" keywords and the I'll try ro sell it to a local hotel.
