An ltd stands for limited and is also used for company extentions in england.

I think you need to explain your rationale for this domain. Right now it doesnt make any sense to me. Ltd is a way of setting up a company. See here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_company_limited_by_shares.
Usually it is written with the company name followed by Ltd.

So what has this to do with Free? Even if i assume you mean the word Limited not in the context of a company ... what would LimitedFree.com mean?

As it is, i would get a refund.
