The problem is that .eu is a weak extension.
There are possible end users going by the name Lockwood but most seem to be outside the EU.
Perhaps the holder of the .be could be a possible end user provided there are not TM issues. But often the .eu is only taken as a defensive registration therefore interest is minimal and the market is narrow.
