The only one in which may have a little value is LocalTaxis.org.

But the extension hurts it big time IMO (reg-fee).

Get a refund on the two other names if possible.

This domain is an outlaw but only at the misdemeanor offense level.

My hands are not permitted to type negative valuations but even if I were allowed to freely and honestly appraise domains, I would allow this weekend criminal some leeway.

I can see this domain being used by a cottage owner or bed and breakfast type operation as a marketable domain property. This name may require some cold calls (:talk and a little blood and sweat, but I feel there's a home for this domain out there somewhere amongst the hearts of humanity.

Thanks for opinions and appraisals. In the UK a Guest House is the equivalent of a small hotel which generally specialises in Bed and Breakfast rooms. There are over 60000 Guest Houses in the UK alone.

Hi ArielT, I wanted a truly global domain as 'guesthouses' are in most of the English speaking tourist destinations around the World. I didn't want to limit it to the UK only.

The exact matches are extraordinarily low! However, I will keep hold of it, pop some decent affiliate links and a guest house search tool on, then link it into some sites with decent traffic!

effortless, to be honest as I stated in my first post I really don't see much value in the names due the added "local" which is just an added word, but if you are considering to build a site, just make sure the term "guest house" is used in most english countries for the same (according to your purpose)

If you really like the subject about guest houses as to build a site then go ahead but if you are considering it just to use the name due a bad expectation in a sell then don't build a site and focus the effort in a site that you really feel conforteble with and with as good domain as possible or at lest a domain you really like

I forgot to mention that personally I'd build a site based in a country in a case like this, but just me
