Please appraise this one. I think 'last minute' is a common enough phrase to be out of TM risks, but I'm interested in having your opinions.

It has 2.2+ million exact global searches as per GAKT.

My general rule is that a domain can have one pronounced weakness - either a hyphen or a low search number or a less-than-great extension. Since your domain has 2 of those 3 weaknesses, I'm afraid I don't see value in it. (LastMinute.co or Last-Minute.com, each of which has 1 weakness, would be far stronger.) Good luck.
