well brandable = worth whatever an end user will pay for it.

On it its own, without development its not worth much. If you find the right end user, it could be worth alot, but thats true about most domains.

The problem is to find the right end user. How to find the right end user with a word which has wrong spelling ? I agree : by developing a website. Good work and good chance.
