Why don't you develop it? You might be able to get more revenue that way ... say an insurance comparison site with some sort of commission and advertising revenue.

Premium keyword 123 com used to be popular, but I guess it was a bubble.
I used to have all 50 states 123 coms and sold them all as bulk for few bucks,
