Actually... That's a really, really nice name. Based on previous sales:

NetChat.com - $6K
WebsiteChat - $1k

I think you could get at least $1K for this name undeveloped; possibly more with development.

This is kind of a tricky one, and I wouldn't even try to estimate the value of the domain, but some things to keep in mind:

- Apple owns ichat.com
- There are multiple active trademarks for "ichat"
- Since the domain dropped, it's not 'old', as the creation date is now June 2nd, 2010

I didn`t knew that apple owns ichat.com, but I will not make anything regarding their services, I wanted to make a simple chatting website on it.
