Did a quick search and noticed that "ad" is taken in many ccTLDs.
If I am not wrong .ht is a expensive ccTLD, which isn't good.
Id say reg fee to low $xxx

Problem is that .ht is an 'exotic' extension.
I don't think there are many buyers in Haiti proper, where this domain would be most relevant.
Other than that, it's a novelty domain and there is plenty of choice.
Very few reported sales so I think the upside is very limited.
