Though a bit long, I know around my network of friends, family and coworkers I constantly hear people asking and talking about how to cook prime rib, at various times throughout the year, but especially around the holidays and other celebratory times. Prime Rib is one of the most desired cuts of meat here in The States. Specific or direct meaning 'how to' names can do pretty well, especially if they are developed well. With the Net & Info already taken, even a minisite would work well with this name. If development is not your game, you should still have plenty of end-user potential, starting with the owners of the Net and Info names. Excellent find!
IMO, mid $xx - low $xxx range undeveloped.
The celebrity name has a nice ring and is catchy, but would need development. Though this is a somewhat flooded and competitive niche, you could create a celebrity smut or 'what's hot in Hollywood' type of site. Maybe an eZine, celebrity and movie blog, or even stories and bio's about the celebs themselves. With all the idiot actors in Hollywood and their silly antics, tabloid style content should never be in short supply.
IMO, low-high $xx range undeveloped.
