Well I am on a roll with my recent UDRP case readings. Google goes after their TM like an EAGLE...meaning I am supurised that you don't have the C & D letter in your hand already.

WalMart is BIG on their TM also.

Request Denied. You can't just join a forum and start laying down the law. Legal issues have a huge relevance on domain name values. The FREE advice given here is mostly by seasoned domain name traders who have to decide whether domain names have cybersquatting issues on a daily basis.
Instead of 'attitude', you should be grateful that they took the time to try to save your a**.
