Hi,
Over the last couple years, there have been some nice sales in the "fruit" department within "alternative" extensions (Juices.asia sold for $1170 roughly 20 months ago and that was about a year after landrush. Fruits.de sold for $1345). Clearly, FruitJuices.co has some great keywords in a newer but burgeoning extension.
All major extensions are taken. Name.com has FruitJuices.org on sale right now for $3288. Overpriced, IMO. Not to compare .co with .org, but it acts as a basic marker for what you're asking.
This name has a ton of development potential, especially in the health product/advice arena which perenially does well. However, there is no google advertising and fruit juice is not something people buy regularly over the net.
As is, with no development, mid $xxx (maybe even high) to a motivated buyer. Develop and wait a year, you could get substantially more. .co is still growing so you'll have to wait and see.
Just my two cents.
