I dont think you are going to get that in the present economy. If you like to gamble put it in the vault and hope in 5 years people still use domains and that you can get higher than 95k. Make it 100k and you have one of the highest .net sales of all time.

If you aren't a gambling man then sell it and go put a nice down payment on a house.
