I think if nothing else, it's amusing.
I first heard of fbillgates on a website selling the t-shirts. I immediately went to the website to read more and found out it was unregistered. So I snagged it for the heck of it.
When I google for F. Bill Gates, all I can find is:
I really didn't know what I could do to develop it other than add that same paragraph so I put some of the shirts in my eBay store and started forwarding the web address there. That way if customers on other websites try to check out the site maybe they'll buy the shirt from me instead.
Anyways, any idea of the value of the domain?
Edit: I really don't think it's a real person. When the blurb mentions "ethical business practices and opportunities for all" I envision that as being jabs ala Netscape or anything else MS and BG have been accused of. I was hoping maybe someone had maybe heard about it and the origins. Looking at the wayback machine, I see an advertisement for Applewatches.com as well: http://web.archive.org/web/200012062202/http://www.fbillgates.com/

"Who Is F. Bill Gates? Many people immediately think of the software mogul we all know and love. It is a little known fact that a certain Mister F. Bill Gates made his mark on the world while the other Bill was just a baby in diapers. F. Bill Gates was known far and wide for his generosity of spirit, his love of people, and his support of ethical business practices and opportunities for all. In fact, most people said that the 'F' in F. Bill Gates stood for 'Fair'. Bill himself never did say what the 'F' stood for, but we'll let you decide for yourself as you commemorate F. Bill Gates with our fashionable T-shirt."
