Looks like a good name for a variety of business; from dessert producers and distributors to specialty restaurants known for their desserts. I would promote to said type business (endusers) to get the highest price possible. You could also build a site around it rating different desserts or providing recipes to popular or new desserts. My appraisal (if sold to a reseller) would be from 1K to 2K but could go for $5k and up (if sold to an appropriate enduser).
