I have asked for two domain appraisals before this and most people said the same thing.

However, all of those domains sold for MID $XXX.

What gives? Are people here overly negative or what?

That's funny considering whois is still the same.

There are a few criteria that are used as the standard for valuating a name. It is an appraisal not a definitive price. Shoot look at sales on dnjournal. Every now and then you will see a sale that makes absolutely no sense.

Also, the portfolio names have been transferred not that ANY OF THAT IS YOUR BUSINESS.

It's worth anything to an end user. Finding one though for a site like this is highly unlikely to happen in 20 years time.
