Yay, it's me again!

Was thinking outside the box and picked up ExampleName.com

Why?

It often happens that, when explaining something to do with domain names, someone will say: "What you need to do is type examplename.com into..." etc. etc.

It's essentially a placeholder people use for instructing others, like "yournamehere.com"


I figure it'd be a clever name for several web projects - domain sales, search, web hosting, e-mail, etc.


I'm not expecting a huge payday, just think it's definitely worth well over the tiny Reg Fee.

You may not like this but people would like to use the example of ExampleName.com much more if the name was black holed.

Also the google results for "examplename.com" using quotes is only 2800 So I would think its a minor placeholder.

It would be nice to have tested the traffic before putting it up on np.

Value probably only in what you do with it.

There might be an idea in there for it, goodluck
