Can't a seemingly worthless name like icio.us be turned into something worth millions? There really shouldn't be a ceiling on a developed names value. Then we're appraising a website, which remains to be developed.

it means if you do the work you will get the results ..... as a hack some one has to do the work and its a bit harder to sell
Although because your hack is good and perhaps not too hard to sell

yes when developed the equation changes .....earnings , etc, so hard to value until it is developed
