Ok, I'm well aware what people have posted about having the site already developed, which I CAN do, but prefer not to do. The domain is self explanatory. I think it's a great name, .com, and short. So I guess I have a few questions.
Should I develop the site? Will that change the appraisal value? If I did, what general value would you give it? thanks in advance!
btw, i purchased this for a client about 10 years, or so, ago and simply just kept it. Thus the attitude of not wanting to develop it :D
oh and a quick add-on, are there domain selling/buying sites out there that are better than others? thanks!
