MintCondition would have been very nice, with shape they do not go together very well. For the other, you're 1 letter off, eBlow would have been a nice on as well.

As is, $25 is a very fair offer.

I like mintshape would make a nice car site etc. But no "exact" If you are not developing I would consider the offer . Fast flip as it is new reg. and find something better for the money. But I would try develop mintshape first. Just my opinion .

dblow.com is reg fee.
mintshape.com has a nice ring to it. I would say low $xxx for that one. A nice developed site may get a lot more.
