have you checked the .DE website?
they are a professional agency for webdesign and all kind of internet projects. looking at their customers and references, i can see a lot of BIG companies in germany. for instace "Netto" is one of the biggest supermarket chains in germany.

don't know but they could probably be interested to buy the .com from you.

i would appraise your domain name in the x.xxx range to an enduser.
