I can only find one reported .ac sale and it was a good one for Games.ac ($26k)
Therefore, your only real opportunity to sell them to another reseller. Bido has had some one word exotic cctlds that got into the $xxx range. That would be your best hope but most likely mid $XX for each.
Not questioning your expertise, but are .ac names really that poorly thought of? I know I can't really think of any sites that use it but I thought they might be worth more than a simple reg fee.

The only source I have to look is on DNSalesPrice.com for previous sales since Namebio is still down. I only see the one name.
To answer your one question. I think that .AC would be fairly poorly thought of in general. THere are no permenant residents for the Ascension Islands. I've read that a few academic institutions have used this extension.
Bottom line is that for any domain, an end user could pay $x,xxx. THese are very good keywords but it will be a tough sell for you to pitch to end users with this extension. Somebody would already have to appreciate the value of the SEO possibilities to even have a discussion.
As I said, mid $XX should be no problem and you might get low $XXX if you are lucky in the reseller market. I didn't realize that the reg fee was $99 so that makes it tougher to sell to a reseller. This isn't a good name for a flip.
