It will be tough to sell a .fm domain, even with a premium keyword like yours. You can't really make comparisons with .com.
Unfortunately, for pretty much any domain in that TLD or equally exotic extension, I will have to say: regfee.
In order to make money with domains, I think you will have to focus not only on great keywords, but stronger extensions too.

Yea, it was sold for $2mil just because it is a .com domain.

I'd suggest you to stick on gTLDs and some very know ccTLDs (like .ca, .co.uk, .de, .tv etc)
You also may register some very strong generic keywords in other ccTLDs (their value will be usually around low $xxx) IMO.

In this case "computer" doesn't fits with .fm.
I'd say reg fee computer.fm

There's a very good chance you can get some good money for this one, $xxx - $xxxx depending how you market it. You may find auction to be the best format or someone who really likes .fm matching with their company or business.

I would advise not advertising a price but being aggressive in letting domainers and end users known that it is for sale and to make an offer. I think that will be your best bet as others have said, it is still an incredible keyword that will have to drive some interest from buyers and perhaps competition.
