after 2 days of research I recorded this name,
i'll explain my point:

short - 4 letters
easy to remember - yes
generic a real word from dictionary o conversation - yes
marketable - yes
no trademark - yes
new registration - yes i know..but try to estimate the potential.

extention, in mexico 3600 exactly searches in english (google and partners) CPC 2,14 eur (2,82 USD)...

i compared some recent sales with regional ext (same area):

battery.co 18.000 usd, many more searches in Colombia than my name (27.100) but longer name and low CPC 0,14 eur

mlf.co.uk 2000 £, 1300 searches in england with 0,03 CPC..

and others from dn journal.....so...did a good work or waste money and time?

Resell = $0 to a few bucks.

I will commend you on the research effort, but I would start focusing that effort away from that extension.

Stick with what sells. .com, .net, ect....

I wouldn't buy this. It's an English keyword in the TLD of a Spanish speaking country. Some English keywords are used in everyday language but not this one.
And I'm not seeing a lot of .mx sales.

thanks for the replies, find good names on the main extensions is not easy, as you know better than me,
anyway in mexican people speak (also search) in english, or google adwords say that..

what do you think about this recent sales battery.co 18.000 usd, spanish language country code with english word "(27.100) but longer name and low CPC 0,14 eur", maybe sometimes with the right and reaserched keyword work's..don't you?

any thoughts?

Don't compare .co to any other cctld it is used as a hack of .com internationally not just in Colombia.

The extension probably expensive too.
Try to get a refund if at all possible.

yes the extention is very expensive,
i spent 49,99 USD for 1 year so ...

Just to understand: even there is researches in mexico (exaclty word) and the key have a good CPC (about 2 USD) the price of extention and the extention too kill the value?
