Heres why.

The double constants (DD) will cause a decline in traffic as it is confusing outline. Clouddw simply just doesn't look right to most. I don't foresee a lot of type in traffic for this domain and most traffic is likely to come from search or advertising if developed.

Google returns approximately 53 results. Theres not a whole lot of potential there unless the site is developed and promoted heavily. You could easily dominate.

My suggestion to you is to try to sell it to the owner of dwhcloud. (Site is a wordpress blog with no content)

A lot of domainers new and professional have started to build there portfolios based on the cloud niche. As this has been profitable for some, many have issues selling domains of that nature simply because it doesn't make sense or its combined with a word that has no relative meaning.

At the end of the day there is only a set number of hosting, server and software companies that can afford to enter the cloud market. Those companies have enough money to snatch up the premium 1-2 keyword domains with ease. Now don't get me wrong, the cloud market is a multi billion dollar industry, I just don't see that much potential value in it anymore.
