Ok this is probably a very tough appraisal, I know that casino(.)any-extension easily sell for +$1k even to resellers and if you push them to sedo you can usually expect around 2-3k for the worst extensions (high renewal + small country).
Now the thing in the .fo namespace is that:
There is obviously a small risk involved if ever I sell the name and delete it from my account.
I am not sure if I am really asking for an appraisal here, but more of some guidance, what would you do??
According to Dn Sales Price there has been successful .fo sales in the past (even reported in DN Journal - but I have not found the sales)
Yeah, what should I do?? Obviously I would like to sell since I have no interest in developing a gambling domain... I even had the chance to grab some single letter .fo names but I passed because of this situation and only took casino(.)fo , but many .fo domains are held by the usual domainers that crawl these "minor" extensions LOL

Hi Toni
It is not possible to change the owner of a faroese domain, unless the owner
deletes the domain, and the new owner applies for the domain in a new
application. Doing this will set the domain in a quarantine of 30 days, and
afther this quarantine period, the new application can be made.
Changing the administrator is possible. The owner can send us a email and
inform which user shall be given the administration rights to the domain.
It is important that this notice comes from the owner of the domain, and
that he informs us of the FO-number of the new administrator.
