I acquired:

CaribbeanRum.org

and

CaribbeanRum.Info

The .info I bought because it was there and it was cheap, however it could still be developed into an interesting website.

Which would you choose to develop, and why or why not?

I definitely love the keywords here but I cannot see anything being developed with the .org and .info extensions.
